"Just exactly what you'd expect from a Wyndham, nothing more, nothing less", this Downtown hotel "could use some updating" say some patrons (the lobby was renovated post-Survey); though it offers the expected corporate amenities (work desks, multiline phones, high-speed Internet service), plus the typical breakfast buffet and an on-site Starbucks for java to go, some wish there were more to like about the food and the staff that "couldn't tell the difference between feather and foam pillows."

Nice lobby,good location and great valet service.
The hotel looks recently upgraded and most rooms probably are but our suite was 80's decor with stained carpet and hot.

The huge wonderful pillows and fluffy linens.

Lovely decor in the room.
Walls were thin and heard others in room next door.
The hotel was lovely, room decorated modern and sink outside toilet/bath area.

When you entered through the lobby doors, it was majestic.
The room was very poorly maintained (paint, carpet, details).
It was nice but not worth the amount of money spent for the condition of the room.

The most friendly staff I have ever experienced at a hotel.
Elevators were rough.
Great staff from the valet to the maid were friendly and made our stay very enjoyable.
